This is the 1st item of furniture that I have bought 2nd hand to upcycle. The dressing table and matching are made of particleboard, so this was another 1st working this material.

The furniture painted well, but the eggshell paint tended to run if I was a little heavy handed.

The white is Lead White Eggshell by Dulux Heritage range, blue is Deep Ultramarine Velvet Matt by Dulux Heritage range. Enhancements are Decoart Americana Extreme Sheen, Rose Gold. Fabric from Textile Express.

I definitely prefer using the Dulux Heritage Velvet Matt – coverage is even and very little runs. Easy to wash of brushes and me!
